Continuing Education is due on the even-numbered renewal years.  For the 2010-2012 C.E. Cycle, one mandatory course (3 Hours) and three elective courses ( 9 Hours) are required.  The mandatory course is "Connecticut Real Estate Agent Fiduciary Duties Review and Law Update".  To view the full requirements, click the link below:

2012 CE Requirements  

The National Association of REALTORS mandates that every REALTOR in the country complete a Code of Ethics course once every 4 years in order to maintain their REALTOR membership.  The current four year renewal cycle runs from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2012.  There are several ways to complete the required traning.  Click the link below for further details.
