Supra Key Management Solutions
Supra Lockbox System
Since 1955, Supra has provided keyboxes to the real estate industry, resulting in peace of mind and security to home sellers and efficiency to real estate professionals. The Supra System allows easy access for showing agents and activity tracking for listing agents.
Supra electronic keys can be a proprietary electronic device or an eKEY application running on popular smartphones. All the Supra keys include PIN-code security. The keys record events each time a keybox is opened.
Current models of keyboxes can be opened using Bluetooth or infrared signals. Supra's system records events each time a keybox is opened.
The Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, Inc. offers two types of electronic key service to its members as described below. Electronic keys are leased through GWBR and all keyholders must complete a Lease Agreement and abide by the Keybox Service Rules and Regulations.
The Supra DisplayKEY performs standard keybox functions and displays information from a keybox onto the screen.
Placing the DisplayKEY on its cradle each day allows for an automatic update and also serves as a battery charger. The DisplayKEY cradle connects to the Supra network through a phone line or through a USB cable connected to your computer.

eKEY Basic turns your phone or tablet into a lockbox key. It also enables you to program iBoxes, change shackle codes, and more.
Certain phones require a small adapter or fob to communicate with the standard iBox or iBox BT.
iBox BT LE
More models of smartphones and tablets communicate directly with iBox BT LE than any other Supra key box. No additional hardware is required for most phones, including the newest models of iPhone and iPad. You can check your phone's compatibility on the Supra Compatible eKEY Device List.
iBox BT LE is equipped with the same large key container as the iBox BT, that can hold both gate cards and keys. The shackle is completely removed from the key box for easy handling when placing the iBox BT LE on a property.
The iBox BT LE communicates directly with most phones or tablets via infrared (IR), Bluetooth® (BT), and Low-Energy Bluetooth (BT LE) technologies. Please note that iPhone and iPad devices released before the iPhone 4S require a small adapter to communicate with the iBox BT LE.
iPhone and iPad are registered trademarks of Apple, Inc. in the U.S. and other countries. Bluetooth is a registered trademark of the Bluetooth SIG.
